The Council of the Municipality of Grand Bay-Westfield under authority vested in it by Sub-section (1) of Section 12 of the Community Planning Act, enacts as follows:
TITLE
This By-Law may be cited as the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield Planning Advisory Committee By-Law.
ADVISORY COMMITTEE ESTABLISHED
A Planning Advisory Committee, consisting of not less than five (5) members and not more than seven (7) members is established.
EFFECTIVE DATE
By-law No. 10, A By-Law of the Municipality of Grand Bay-Westfield to establish a Planning Advisory Committee comes into effect on the date of filing in the Registry Office.
